Based in Geneva, WATALUX is a spin-off of the Fondation Antenna. WATA devices can produce active chlorine from table salt, utltimately used to clean water of pathogenic contamination or to disinfect surfaces. WATALUX products have been used in more than 100 countries to treat drinking water in rural areas, as well as in emergency humanitarian aid (e.g. Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit, ICRC, MSF) and development projects (e.g. UNICEF, GIZ, Enabel). WATALUX expertise includes field visit and sizing of water supply solutions, kits transport & installations, end-user training and after sales maintenance, and activity reporting. To disseminate WATA technology, train operators and provide a good maintenance/repair service, WATALUX works with a network of local partners. A team based in Geneva ensures quality product manufacturing, up-to-date and innovative research and development, project management and international logistics.
